~ Neighborhood News ~

To Homeowners wishing to rent out their property in Haile : Due to some recent criminal activity related to some "renters", your Board is recommending that you obtain a complete background check on any potential renters. You can get complete criminal history check, background check, and credit checks all for less than $100 total. You can save yourself alot of headaches and hassles knowing that your renters are credit worthy, responsible, and have no criminal background. Some Owners have put clauses in the leases indicating that if a renter gets "x" amount of Covenants Violations, they are in breach of the lease and would be responsible for any fines and/or evicted. Your Board and YOUR neighbors will certainly appreciate it.

Thanks, HPA BOD

We currently have openings for the Board of Directors, Grounds and Maintenance, Architectural Review, and Covenants Committees. Please email g8rjeep@gmail.com if interested. Positions require only 1-2 hours per month. It will give you a chance to be involved in your community. Thanks!

Remember to excercise caution when out on the trails after dark. Please be aware of your surroundings and carry pepper spray and/or a cell phone. Try to walk in groups if possible.

The ACSO would like all communities to get involved in the Crime Watch program. They give a very informative pitch as well as free security assessments of your house. We have to stay one step ahead of the criminals and having a neighborhood Crime Watch program and house inspections help.. Please contact the ACSO for more details.
