Haile Plantation Association, Inc. is one of three major home owners associations which make up the Haile Plantation neighborhood. HPA is the home owners association for the 850 homes which make up the following neighborhoods (see map):

 

* These neighborhoods are called Special Assessed Neighborhoods (SANs). Each has its own internal common areas for which homeowners living in the SAN pay an assessment. In addition, homeowners living in a SAN, like homeowners who do not live in a SAN, pay assessments for all common areas in Haile Plantation Association, Inc.  If a neighborhood above is underlined, indicating a link, click on that link for additional information about that neighborhood.
