Architectural Review
The following links and information explain the Architectural Standards & Criteria, application, review and approval process. Please be sure to read the Architectural Standards & Criteria PRIOR to completing your application, as these define criteria and standards. Please note that there are variations in landscaping guidelines, fencing, color pallets, and materials within each neighborhood. Please contact Leland Management (see below) for clarification by neighborhood.

Common request categories:
Applications and supporting documents must be in writing and may be submitted to the Leland Management office, mailed to the address above or emailed to the Association Manager at: CGailfoil@LelandManagement.com
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews applications electronically and has 30 days to review and respond to ARC requests.
- To expedite this process, applications are typically submitted for review on a weekly basis.
- Once the ARC has reviewed and responded to Management, the applicant will be notified within 48 hours.
If a request requires additional discussion, the owner may request an appointment with Management or the ARC committee.
It is the owner’s responsibility to submit additional information required and incomplete applications will be considered a non-approval.
