NOTICE to Owners Wishing to Rent Out Their Property in Haile

Due to some recent criminal activity related to "renters," your Board is recommending that you obtain a complete background check on any potential renters. You can get complete criminal history check, background check, and credit checks all for less than $100 total. You can save yourself alot of headaches and hassles knowing that your renters are credit worthy, responsible, and have no criminal background. Some Owners have put clauses in the leases indicating that if a renter gets "x" amount of Covenants Violations, they are in breach of the lease and would be responsible for any fines and/or evicted. Your Board and your neighbors will certainly appreciate it.
