Welcome to Haile Plantation Association

Haile Plantation is a beautiful place to call home. With miles of trails and extensive wooded areas, residents are able to live close to town in a community that appears to be in the country. Haile Plantation is an innovative, deed-restricted community. Because restrictions are tied to property deeds, owners agree to abide by these restrictions when purchasing within Haile Plantation. Architectural Criteria define and clarify owner responsibilities, approval guidelines and requirements.

Haile Plantation Association, Inc. (HPA) is the homeowners association for the owners of 850 properties within Haile Plantation. All property owners pay quarterly assessments for property management and maintenance of common areas. The following neighborhoods pay this quarterly common area assessment:

Century Oaks
Charleston Park
Chestnut Hill
Evans Hollow
Grahams Mill
Laurel Park
Lexington Farms
Planters Grove
Preserve
Sutherland Crossing

In addition to the above common area assessment, owners in the following neighborhoods pay a special assessment for management and maintenance of areas within their neighborhood. Assessment rates and services vary by neighborhood.

Camden Court
Founders Hill
Garden Homes at Grahams Mill
Grove at Evans Hollow
Heritage Green
Heritage Green IV
Indigo Square
